Dear friends in Christ,
I am joyfully inviting you to join me for an opportunity of a lifetime to walk through the land we call Holy. This pilgrimage to the Holy Land will take place December 28, 2024-January 6, 2025. It will give you an opportunity to touch and meet the living stones that are a part of the stories of our faith. We will tour biblical sites, learn about the work of the Lutheran World Federation and Peace Not Walls, talk with Palestinian Christians, dwell in God’s Word, and worship together with our siblings in Christ who call the Holy Land home.
This pilgrimage will not only make the stories of the Bible come alive for you in new ways, but will also connect you more deeply to the body of Christ in this birthplace of Christianity. I look forward to journeying with you!
In Christ, Bishop Sue
