Terms & Conditions


PAYMENT: By clicking Pay Now reject or challenge such amount charged on my credit card to pay for travel, tours, airfare and other related services for the passengers identified above. I also declare that I am aware that restrictions may apply to the services purchased and that I am satisfied that such restrictions have been explained. I understand and agree that Elias Tours LLC. accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur in connection with these services. I the cardholder take full responsibility for the charges on the account described above.

AIR: Flights are subject to airline schedules. Flight times, flight numbers, equipment, gates, and seats are subject to change without notice. For the most current information, frequently check the airline website once your tickets are issued.

Passengers who are arriving in/departing from the group destination at a different time than the rest of the group are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to/from the group hotel. Passengers who are requesting to depart from a different city than listed in the trip brochure are responsible for arranging their own flights to and from the group destination. Package price listed in the trip brochure is for group airfare only. We can arrange the flight out side the group departure city with fare deferent apply. 


AIRLINE SEATING: Elias Tours contracts non-refundable bulk group airfares in standard economy class. Airlines no longer provide seat assignments for groups and ET does not guarantee specific seat assignments. Seat assignments for groups are made at the discretion of the airline and are typically allocated by automated airline computer systems in alphabetical order. Seat assignments will not be advised until check-in at the airport. Elias Tours cannot request and does not guarantee specific seat assignments

AIRLINE FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAMS: Guests are responsible for contacting their airline directly regarding mileage eligibility and accrual. Airline frequent flier programs determine whether to award miles in part, in total, or not at all based on their own rules which are updated frequently. We highly recommend guests provide their frequent flier account information whenever checking in for their flights. We recommend that you retain your passenger ticket receipt as well as boarding passes for your records.

GROUND/TRANSFERS: Transfers and ground transportation by Deluxe Air-conditioned motor coaches for the entire tour, Plus transport from and to the airport.  

LAND-ONLY ARRANGEMENTS: All land-only requests must be received by ET in writing no later than 130 days prior to departure. Land-only arrangements (tour package excluding air transportation) are provided as a courtesy for the customer (our tours are group-air inclusive). If you purchase a land-only package, you must provide us a signed land-only agreement and you acknowledge that by purchasing a land-only package you are responsible for your own air arrangements and for your own transfers from airports to hotels and vice-versa. We recommend that you do not make your arrangements until all of the group arrangements have been finalized and that you inquire with us to determine the group’s status before making any independent air arrangements. ET is in no way responsible or liable for arrangements that you independently make.

HOTELS: Priced based on two persons sharing a room with a private bath and shower. A limited number of single rooms are available at regular supplement prices. All Hotels are 4-Star. 

MEALS: Breakfast & dinner daily.

SIGHTSEEING: As and wherever indicated on the itinerary, including the services of English-speaking guides as well as entrance fees to all places of interest listed in your itinerary.

PORTERAGE: Fees for the porterage of one piece of baggage per person not to exceed 50 lbs, in connection with all transfers and at airports throughout the entire itinerary are included. An overnight bag may also be carried, provided it remains in the possession of the passenger at all times. This bag, although carried personally, is considered part of your total luggage allowance.

SERVICE CHARGES AND TAXES: Service charges as required by hotel management and taxes as imposed by national and/or local governments and/or governments and/or administrations (wherever these are normally added to the bill.) on the date of this brochure are included.

NOT INCLUDED: Excess baggage fees, passport fees, visa fees if applicable, lunches, items of a personal nature such as in-room service, laundry, etc., soft drinks, beverages that are not on the regular table d’hote menu, trip or baggage insurance. Any service whatsoever not indicated in the itinerary and/or the above list of included features.

FARES AND RATES: All fares and rates are based on tariff and rate sheets issued by carriers, sightseeing operators, and hotels in effect at the present date, as well as upon the present rate of conversion of foreign currencies into the United States dollars. Therefore, all said rates and fares are subject to change without prior notice.

BOOKING PROCEDURE: We will proceed with definite reservations upon receipt of your firm acceptance through the registration form and a $500 deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: ( All Cancelation Fees are waived )

Deposits and other payments are refundable in full up to ninety days before departure. There will be no refund for cancellations within 90 days of departure, no-shows, or partially completed tours. All cancellation requests must be addressed to Elias Tours in writing. Travel insurance is highly recommended. (Online Payment Fee are not refundable

For Greece (Steps of Paul Tours) There will be no refund for cancellations within 120 days of departure, no-shows, or partially completed tours.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is not included in the purchase price. For your convenience, we offer travel insurance through *Travelex Insurance Services. RESPONSIBILITY: The Tour Leader, Elias Tours referred to as the operator, acts only as an agent for the owners or contractors providing means of transportation or other services and all such means of transportation or other services offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions that the tour leader, Elias Tours, and/or operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way, in connection with such means of transportation or other services, or for any loss, injury or damage in respect of any person or property howsoever, caused or arising. If the Tour Leader, Elias Tours, and/or the operator make it desirable or necessary to change or cancel for non-payment, the travel plan or program, such change or cancellation may be made. Additional expenses, if any, caused hereby shall be borne by the passenger, and in the case of a decrease in cost, the Tour Leader, Elias Tours, and/or operator will refund to the passenger an amount equal and limited to the decrease. Although the owners or contractors providing means of transportation or other services will take all possible care of passenger's baggage and belongings entrusted to their care, the Tour Leader, Elias Tours, and/or operator does not in any way accept responsibility in the event of loss or injury thereto. Passports must be valid and not expire at least six months or more from the return home date.
