I invite you to come, catch your breath, and allow your cup to be filled. Join me as we journey with you and the wild Holy Spirit in the Holy Land. Meet local faith leaders, and embody the scriptures as they come to life. Taste and see the places the Lord broke bread, healed, taught, and lived out his ministry while learning the current-day complexities and holy stories of the land and the people who call it home.

  • Single room supplement: $790

DAY 1 - Jan 2    Departure from the USA 

DAY 2 - Jan 3    Arrival - Tiberias

  • Arrive in Tel Aviv, meet your guide, drive to Tiberias, have dinner, and overnight in Tiberias

DAY 3 - Jan 4   Nazareth - Cana

  • Mount Carmel, Elijah's confrontation with the false prophets of Baal (I Kings 18)

  • Nazareth, Basilica of the Annunciation

  • Dinner and overnight at hotel in Tiberias

DAY 4 - Jan 5    Golan Heights - Sea of Galilee 

  • Caesarea Philippi

  • The Mount of Beatitudes, communion at the site of Sermon on the Mount 

  • Boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, Tabgha ( The Multiplication Church)

  • Capernaum 

  • Dinner and overnight at hotel in Tiberias

DAY 5 - Jan 6   Jacob's Well -  Bethlehem - (The Living Stones)

  • Jacob's Well ( The Samaritan Women) 

  • Shepherd’s Field in Beit Sahour

  • The Church of the Nativity

  • Evening Walk in the old city of Bethlehem, (Free Time)

DAY 6 - Jan 7    Dead Sea  - Jordan River - Qumran

  • Sunday Worship with the local church

  • Floating in the Dead Sea

  • Jordan River, renewal of baptism

DAY 7 - Jan 8    Mount of Olives, Augusta Victoria Hospital, LWF -  Lutheran Church of the Redeemer

  • Panoramic view from the top of Mount of Olives

  • Dominus Flevit

  • The Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations

  • St. Peter in Galicantu (Caiaphas House)

  • Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem

DAY 8 - Jan 9    The Old City of Jerusalem -  Church of the Holy Sepulcher

  • The Western Wall and Temple Mount, The Dome of the Rock,  El-Aqsa Mosque

  • St. Anne’s Church, Pools of Bethesda, Walk the Via Dolorosa (Palm Sunday Path)

  •  Meet with Bishop Azar (ELCJHL)

  • Church of the Holy Sepulcher

  • Traditional farewell dinner and overnight in Bethlehem     

DAY 9 - Jan 10    Departure - Back to the USA

  • Breakfast, Transfer to Tel Aviv Airport for your return flight home with luggage packed with keepsakes and your heart full of memories!
